When you refer a friend or family member to Total Eyewear, you’ll both be rewarded — it’s our way of saying thank you for helping others see clearly. Both the referring (current) and referred (new) customer will receive $5 towards an eyeglasses purchase. Please read below for full details on eligibility, inclusions, and exclusions.
Referral Program Guidelines
1. Who Can Refer
Only current customers of Total Eyewear are eligible to refer others.
Referrers must have had an appointment within the last 12 months.
2. Who Counts as a Referral
A referral is valid only when the referred customer completes a paid eye exam.
Referred customers must be brand new to Total Eyewear (not seen previously under any name or insurance).
3. How to Track Referrals
The referred customer must mention the referring customer’s full name at the time of booking or check-in.
4. Limitations
Maximum of 5 referral rewards per calendar year.
Self-referrals are not allowed.
Referrals from the same household are not eligible.
5. Inclusions
- Rewards are valid for eyeglass purchases only and must be used in self-pay transactions. Cannot be combined with insurance benefits.
6. Exclusions
- Discount does not apply to the following:
- Eye exams
- Purchases with the use of insurance
- Contact lenses
- In conjunction with any other discount or promotion
7. Reward Details
Rewards are issued after the referred customer completes their paid exam.
Rewards may include credit toward glasses or contact lenses.
All rewards are non-redeemable for cash and must be used at Total Eyewear.
Rewards expire 12 months after issue.
8. Preventing Abuse
All referrals are logged and reviewed for eligibility.
Suspected abuse or manipulation may result in disqualification.

Referred customers must be new to the practice. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Total Eyewear reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time. Abuse of the program will result in disqualification.
